關於水冷是否漏水這個問題
就和風冷會有一定幾率3紅一樣
現在修個3紅的錢差不多能裝套水冷了
不如先上套預防啊
反正漏水是死
3紅也是死
不如改了水冷痛快的玩 算了
本來打算直接改風冷的(不改變和破壞外形)
經過一番折騰 改x摳具為螺絲,焊電阻提升gpu風扇電壓,機器下面加風扇供風,做風道,gpu放鋁箔改風道,gpu/cpu做獨立風室,顯存和南北橋芯片貼純銅散熱片輔助芯片散熱
能改的都改了 結果發現效果完全沒網上大家說的那?好(可能我家沒空調,比較熱的原因把)
改好後發現溫度降低沒多少,對3紅的預防治標不治本
本帖是我邊整理圖片資料邊寫的,大家慢慢刷新看把
下面就是我改水冷的過程手記了,整個過程有手機拍的有相機拍的照片效果可能有的不好 請大家諒解,我此帖的目的就是為了把我在改造的時候犯的一些錯誤和經驗總結出來 方便動手能力不強或是資料不全 遲遲不敢下手的朋友提供些幫助,為了廣大xo愛好者的明天,為了我們的愛機遠離3紅 我就充當勇敢的小白鼠把...........
首先來個改造完成後 連續運行gow10個多小時後的溫度截圖
可以看到溫度還是不錯的45.2度,我們家當時的室溫應該是35度左右把(家窮買的起空調用不起,溫度是大概估摸的,反正就是挺熱,稍微動下就流汗.)

下面是我定的水冷的詳細情況
這次我用的是 東遠的xbox360專用120tx一體式專用液冷水冷 來改造(沒辦法窮人只能用便宜貨)
質量說真的不能說好也不能說太差,只能說一般把,價格在那放著那,一分價錢一分貨啊,就這個價格的水冷來說還說不錯了把,尤其那個水箱和泵做在一個盒子裏 不會和其他水冷一樣累贅的1陀1陀的看著難受.
其他附屬配件也用了不少,下面是此次改造用到的所有配件工具目錄表:
東遠xbox360專用120tx一體式專用液冷水冷 x1套
多次喉卡 x4個
液晶溫度探測指示器 x1個
卡線用的尼龍卡帶(就是pc裏面卡電線那個東西)
超頻3的 金魚 rh3-03純銅顯存散熱片 x1盒 (8片)
以前給電腦主板芯片散熱的雜牌鋁散熱片x2片
電工用高壓絕緣膠布x1卷 (這個是好東西耐高溫高壓 普通五金店有售 強烈推薦大家使用 千萬不要用透明膠代替)
打火機x1個
剪刀 x1把
鉗子 x1把
模型刀x1把 (可以用普通美工刀代替)
模型斷鉗x1把
小銼刀 x1把
記號筆 x1
工具盒 x1套 (全是各種螺絲刀頭 裏面包含t10 t15內6螺絲刀 大家可以用別的單個螺絲刀代替)
自己用光盤盒蓋子上面 做的開xo後蓋的工具一套
然後就是去外面汽車維修處讓他們幫忙給機器後蓋打孔接水管(用10個的鉆頭打)
還有別的小東西若幹

這個就是我用的散熱片了(我用的是 超頻3的 金魚 rh3-03純銅顯存散熱片)
一盒裏面有8片,背面自己帶粘結膠,就和不幹膠一樣揭開貼到擦幹凈的顯存和其他需要散熱的芯片上即可,一定要註意的是一定要一次到位 千萬不要粘上去沒粘好在取下來,這樣的話會掉的........不用我說你們也明白掉下去有什?後果把......

下面開始改機
首先欲練此宮先要揮刀自宮..........
先把機器才了再說 這個不用我說可能諸位兄弟比我拆的還順手.
說到這裏就不得不提1下
開後蓋的工具了
我個人推薦用光盤盒蓋子的上面厚的那部分來做
實際證明旁邊的太軟了 不好用
用上面的那部分就好多了 很用
捅1下就哢的清脆的想下 一會就打開了
就是這個東西做的工具開機器後卡子很爽
很方便
記得一定要用盒子的上部來做才行
最好開的時候有個朋友幫忙往2邊拉著 你在中間用這個挨個捅 1會就打開了.

拆開機器把主板取出來後把上殼和下面放主板的那個鐵盒子一起拿出來放到一邊
然後用水冷自己帶的打孔卡紙量好然後用記號筆在中西位置做好標記
然後帶著那個定位圖和機器的上蓋和下鐵殼和銅的那個 鏍紋扣直通 出去打孔(我是在家外面的修汽車的地方讓他們幫忙打的給了2塊錢)
打孔的時候先初步按水冷送的打孔圖你畫好的中心點打好孔(用10個大的鉆頭打正好) 然後把 直通管套上看看能不能2個同時安上,如果不行就讓他們在修下直到能安上鏍紋扣直通為止(建議如果有沖突不好按上去的話 讓他們往機器地步擴展下 因為向上部的話會和風扇沖突,我的就是和風扇沖突了 害我還用銼刀把風扇框子磨掉了1小塊)
最後記得讓他們在上殼給打磨掉1個長方形缺口以便水冷頭好通過

裝上主板 沒發現有問題

順利安上直通管,就是風扇靠著直通那裏有點打架用銼刀磨去了打架的部分後風扇完美安上

如圖所示，只需稍用力一翹並左右翹一翹即可拆下，翹開兩個點，另外兩個點即可取下

螺絲我是從機殼下面穿過去的,然後在用送的螺絲先把螺絲固定到主板上這樣主板在放過來就直接被4個螺絲墊起來了
然後就是給主板的顯存以及別的芯片安上輔助散熱芯片 來改善芯片散熱效果
其實那個散熱片挺好用就 首先用棉簽沾酒精擦幹凈芯片表面 然後晾幹會後摳開散熱片背面的不幹膠粘上就可以了,這個過程一定要一氣呵成 千萬不要重復粘貼,這樣散熱片會粘不牢的,如果掉下來的話後果不堪設想..........大家一定要註意

然後用棉簽+酒精把cpu和gpu上的殘留矽脂擦幹凈,要擦到芯片和鏡子差不多亮才行哦,這個需要點小小的耐心
擦幹凈了後如下圖把cpu和gpu周圍粘好 只留出核心部分就可以了

然後自己把水冷頭拿出來按我這這樣在cpu和gpu上放好,然後測量他們只見的間距,然後把水冷帶的軟的那個矽膠管按中間距離自己剪斷然後把2頭套好(盡量套到底)
然後用尼龍卡帶把接口處卡好,記得最好卡2次 要卡緊,接頭部分盡量留在導頭的2側 不要把街頭超上,我原來就犯了這個錯誤而用的是多次喉卡 卡的水管然後用電工膠布包裹,雖然安上去沒事,可是到後來才發現接頭過高 導致光驅能放進去......後來沒辦法只能用尼龍卡帶卡住水冷頭接頭處.......
然後把水冷頭拿開 打開送的那袋矽膠把他塗抹到cpu和gpu核心處 這裏大家可以先擠點出來,然後用電話卡剪個小長條 然後慢慢把矽脂刮均勻到表面,不求多只求能均勻的薄薄的覆蓋到芯片表面就好,太多會流的到處都是的,圖好了把之前我們粘上去膠布解掉就會有個幹凈的芯片面,然後把之前做好的水冷頭放到芯片上面就好了(因為我這裏用了多次喉卡 機器原本自己帶的x摳具就不能用了......大家用線卡的話可以試試能不用上去,能上的話建議還是用原帶的x摳具最好)下面就是擰螺絲了,這個比較不好把握,因為送了會2紅....緊了會3紅......把握大家掌握把,我的感覺就是稍微使點勁能移動水頭就好.這個就要大家把握了....
ps:這裏因為我安裝了顯存散熱片,按原來的水冷安裝方法安的話會擋住水管沒辦法 研究了半天最終確定了用下面這個角度是改後最後的角度來走導水管而不影響其他元件.

原本是把溫度探頭壓在這裏的,但是後來實際測試發現在這裏的話測試溫度完全不準,偏差太多,大家不要學習我哦......這裏就無視把........

接上水箱的水管,用松的卡子和線卡卡緊
然後就是打開水冷箱,給泵灌水冷液
加的時候大家可以把泵開開來加
記得這個時候千萬不要開xo哦不然燒了我可不管
等加的他自己不下去的時候那把那個帽蓋上然後拿起水箱晃動和翻轉下然後在打開泵你會發現有空氣了
這時在打開泵上面 繼續灌 如此重復n次
直到左右上下亂晃在也打不進去水冷液為止
ps:水泵那邊 低的是出水口高的是進水口
建議出水口也就是低的那個接gpu直通管那裏
高的接cpu直通管那裏
這樣水就是先流過gpu然後是cpu能先給發熱大戶gpu散熱(後面有圖)

灌好液後
開機測試會看看會不3紅或是2紅,從圖可以看到我卡的太松 2紅了.....趕緊斷電拆開緊下螺絲.....在繼續測試
一共測試了5次左右把 終於有次沒問題了
到現在連續運行差不多20個小時了沒任何問題

下面是給買的那個溫度探頭從機器內部取電
剛開始我看到那個接頭是普通電腦的12v接頭以為是12v的結果破開光驅的12v (11和12針腳取電)線結果發現根本不能用
手頭又沒萬能表不知道到底是多少v
後來自己研究發現他用的是12v裏的底壓端
我記得這裏是6v的電壓
就試驗的從光驅那裏取了5v電(11和8針腳取電) 發現工作正常
ps:取電的話千萬不要剪斷光驅電源線
應該直接用打火機輕輕燒下線的膠皮,然後用手輕輕剝下外面的膠就掉了
露出了裏面的電線
然後把我們的溫度探頭供電那裏剪斷剝個線頭出來 接上然後用電工膠布包好就ok了
溫度探頭那裏紅色是正級黑色是地線,千萬別搞錯了
取電角大家可以看下圖俺我紅色標註的針腳取電就ok了
也就是11針是負 接地也就是探頭的黑色線
8針是正 也就是紅色線

接下來把就是把溫度探頭想辦法固定到gpu上
然後就是記得之前我說的水流了
水泵那邊 低的是出水口高的是進水口
建議出水口也就是低的那個接gpu直通管那裏

可以看到我這裏溫度不錯哦 40度左右
和朋友一起雙打了2個多小時後溫度42.3度不算高
而且經過2個多小時測試瞞穩定的,看樣子應該是沒問題了

剛才碰到賣我水冷的兄弟了
他說能搞來日本進口的50號矽油，流動性散熱性都超級好，就算把xbox整個放到矽油裏也不會有問題，所以不用擔心泄漏問題。
用此矽油成本提高15元。進口矽油為白色，50號為最低粘度
我打算過幾天他到貨了換成他說的這個50號矽油
這樣就不怕漏了
都這樣了 我想水冷漏也沒事的話真的沒什?風險了把?
