AIDA64 [原名EVEREST] 是一套由匈牙利Lavalys公司開發的一款優秀的軟硬體檢測工具並完全顯示 PC 系統所有資訊的五星級軟體，包括「Computer 電腦」、「Motherboard 主機板」、「Operating System 作業系統」、「Server 伺服器」、「Display 顯示器」、「Multimedia 多媒體」、「Storage 儲存」、「Network 網路」、「DirectX」、「Devices 裝置」、「Software 軟體」、「Security 安全性」、「Config 組態」、「Database 資料庫」及「Benchmark 效能測試」共 15 大項資訊，每一項都有詳細的資訊。

效能測試項目說明：
CPU Queen 是測試CPU的分支預測能力，以及預測錯誤時所造成的效能影響。對於時脈相同的CPU，更短的處理管線和更加準確的預測能力在此項得分上就更高。因此，可以看出並不是時脈越高的CPU性能就越好，這項得分能反映CPU的真實性能，讓大家在選擇CPU時不再盲目追求高時脈。
CPU PhotoWorxx 著重於CPU的整數運算能力、多核心運算能力並涉及到記憶體頻寬的運算能力，利用模擬數位影像處理來進行CPU效能的評估。這項測試需要頻繁及大量的記憶體存取操作，所以說這項測試不僅對處理器的要求很高，同時對記憶體速度也有較高的要求。對於在影片處理，如影片壓縮、影片轉檔應用比較多的人，此項得分越高越好。
CPU ZLib 是另一項針對CPU整數運算的測試，利用Zlib這個壓縮演算法，來計算CPU在處理壓縮檔案時的能力。如果你比較要求CPU的壓縮和解壓縮檔案能力的話，就可以關心一下這項得分。
CPU AES 是一種加密演算測試，用來反映CPU在進行AES加密演算法時的效能。這項測試主要針對一些網路伺服器，比如指令伺服器，它們會進行頻繁的加解密操作，那麼這項得分的高低就特別重要了。
FPU Julia 是利用朱利亞碎形幾何運算，來評估CPU的單精度（32bit）浮點運算能力。
FPU Mandel 則利用了Mandelbrot碎形幾何運算，來評估CPU的倍精度（64bit）運算能力。
FPU SinJulia 則是利用修改過的朱利亞碎形運算，來評估CPU的延伸精度（80bit）浮點運算能力。
FPU Julia、FPU Mandel、FPU SinJulia 這三項都是測試CPU的浮點運算能力，這幾項測試可以測量CPU在遊戲中的表現。
