上湯鮮菇泡飯.

材料
草菇 10隻
雞髀菇 2隻
鮮冬菇 2隻
秀珍菇 20克
杞子 1茶匙
糙米飯 1碗
湯料
雞湯 1杯
清水 1杯
鹽 1/4茶匙

做法
1. 雞髀菇切小件;草菇一開二;鮮冬菇切絲;秀珍菇去根部,備用。
2. 把無味精雞湯及清水煮滾後,加入所有材料,煮約10分鐘後再放鹽調味,吃時加入糙米飯拌勻,即成。

Ingredients
Abalone mushroom – 2
Straw mushroom – 10
Shitake mushroom – 2
Oyster mushroom – 20g
Chinese wolfberry – 1 tsp
Cooked brown rice – 1 bowl
Seasonings
Chicken broth – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Method
1. Cut abalone mushroom into pieces, cut straw mushroom into halves, cut shitake mushrooms into slices, cut oyster mushroom stalks off.
2. Add water and chicken broth, bring to boil, add all others ingredients for 10 minutes. Season with salt, serve warm with the cooked rice.
