全麥麵粉15~20G
水100G
鹽一點點

蛋皮
雞蛋2顆
蔥適量
博客原味切片火腿2片
太白粉水1.5大匙

醬汁
甜辣醬,醬油適量

1 [餅皮]材料攪拌均勻

2 平底鍋刷一層薄薄的油,用中小火,倒入2,抓著蛋糕刀的上方將麵皮推成圓型

3 烘至變色,取出

4 [蛋皮]攪拌均勻,(不喜歡淋醬可在這調味)

5 鍋抹少許油倒入蛋液,煎至凝固
