蜜汁雞腿炒甜椒

紅甜椒1顆
黃甜椒1顆
蔥1根

蜜汁烤肉醬2大匙
淬釀日式和風醬油露-靜岡鰹魚1大匙
薑片2~3片
蒜片3瓣
白胡椒粉1小匙
米酒1小匙

1 將去骨雞腿肉切成一口狀

2 紅、黃甜椒切成一口狀

3 加入[醃料]米酒、蜜汁烤肉醬

4 加入[醃料]蒜片、薑片、白胡椒粉

5 最後加入[醃料]淬釀日式和風醬油露-靜岡鰹魚,拌勻後放冷藏約二十分鐘

6 熱油後放入少許蒜片爆香

7 加入甜椒過油一下

8 約二十秒後,撈起備用
