1 備好材料

2 先下油+奶油略煎一下小熱狗,起鍋備用

3 打好蔥花蛋液

4 同鍋,下蛋液後馬上把熱狗鋪上蛋液上面

5 煎熟後翻面,等2面都熟後用鍋鏟切段易入口的大小(蛋的熟度可依照自己喜好程度,全熟.半熟都可)

6 起鍋後灑上少許熟白芝麻淋上番茄醬即可(也可不加蔥花~蛋煎成歐姆蛋熱狗也很好吃唷)
因為給小孩兒吃的 所以我會撒上一些芝麻補及營養 所以白芝麻亦可不灑^^
