小番茄20顆
話梅4∼5顆
熱開水50ml
蜂蜜2∼3大匙
檸檬1顆榨汁
作法
1 話梅泡熱開水放涼備用

2 小番茄輕輕在表皮劃上一刀

3 放入滾水煮約10秒左右

4 撈起放入冰水,撕去表皮

5 罐中倒入檸檬汁和蜂蜜還有話梅與其汁液一起混合均勻

6 放入冰箱冰鎮1~2天入味後就可以品嚐囉!
