竹筍排骨湯

食材
竹筍 (去殼約1000g)4 支
台糖小排肉600 g
水酌量
蛤蜊湯塊2 塊
白胡椒粉酌量
鹽酌量


作法
1 新鮮現採竹筍4支.
小排肉600g.
蛤蜊湯塊2塊.
水.白胡椒粉.鹽酌量...備用

2 竹筍清洗去殼分切

3 小排肉入滾水汆燙過後,去血水清洗過備用

4 再取一鍋水適量續煮放入竹筍.小排炊煮..濾去浮油殘渣...不要加蓋

5 調味:白胡椒粉.湯塊.鹽陸續調入....數分鐘後就可盛出好吃鮮甜竹筍排骨湯ㄌ~  <3
