橙香優格杯子蛋糕

食材
低筋麵粉110g
泡打粉4g
奶油50g
蛋(室溫)2顆
優格65g
砂糖˙70g
橙皮果醬80g
作法
1 烤箱180度預熱,蛋糕紙型鋪好,麵粉和泡打粉過篩備用
2 奶油用微波爐500w30秒軟化後打發成乳霜狀後加入砂糖攪拌均勻

3 蛋分兩三次加入攪拌均勻

4 再將優格也加入攪拌均勻

5 過篩後的麵粉和泡打粉加入

6 用攪拌棒拌勻到麵粉看不見即可

7 橙皮果醬也加入混合均勻

8 完成後大概呈現這樣的狀態

9 再將麵糊舀入模型杯中,烤180度25分完成
