海苔起司棒[元本山海苔]

元本山味付海苔片1片
酥皮片2片
調味
起司粉適量
鹽少許
蛋液適量
作法
1 備好材料,酥皮請預先退冰至軟

2 起酥片塗上蛋液(亦可不塗)撒上起司粉與少許的鹽

3 把海苔放上去

4 上面鋪上烘培紙,用擀麵棍壓平,讓調味與酥皮更入味

5 切成適當的大小,然後捲捲兒
(細的比較酥脆,喜歡有口感切粗一點)

6 連我家菀荽跟小隻都來湊熱鬧~一起捲捲兒

7 烤箱預熱後,放入烤箱約5分鐘再翻面烤5分鐘
(依照每個家庭的烤箱自己斟酌時間烤)

8 是不是很簡單!烤過的海苔脆度還保留著~吃起來卡滋卡滋的~若愛甜點的,亦可把鹽換成糖也可以
