【暖胃粵式甜點】薑汁撞奶- 蜂蜜肉桂版
冷冷的冬天來上一碗禦寒的甜品最幸福了!薑汁撞奶的獨特風味,只有在溫度正確的時候才能撞出成功的滑順口感,令人忍不住一次吃光一整碗,加點蜂蜜跟肉桂粉非常對味喔!

牛奶120cc
新鮮老薑現磨薑汁約30-40cc
砂糖一大匙
蜂蜜少許
肉桂粉少許

1 老薑洗淨去皮,磨碎後擠出薑汁

2 薑汁過篩去除渣渣,倒入待會要做成薑汁撞奶的容器裡

3 加熱牛奶至80度左右,不用沸騰,周圍有冒出小泡泡即可,加入砂糖拌一拌

4 接著就是重要步驟:將牛奶倒入薑汁,即為”撞奶“,倒入後蓋上一個盤子靜置5-10分鐘

5 掀開蓋子,如果湯匙可以不掉下去就是成功的薑汁撞奶啦!食用前加入少許蜂蜜及肉桂粉,味道更獨特喔!
