白巧克力杯子蛋糕

鬆鬆軟軟的杯子蛋糕.再加上白巧克力的香味.簡單好吃的一款小蛋糕∼

材料
低筋麵粉105克
無鋁泡打粉3g
奶油65克
砂糖60克
蛋1個
香草精少許
全脂牛奶50克
白巧克力30克
模具
9號瑪芬杯5個

先將低筋麵粉和泡打粉過篩.烤箱170度預熱.白巧克力切小細末後和牛奶隔水加熱讓它溶化.

奶油用微波500w20秒讓它軟化後.用電動攪拌器低速攪拌.將它打成像美奶滋狀後.再將砂糖分兩次加入.每次加入之後.都要仔細攪拌均勻.

將蛋打散後.也少量多次分次加入.每次也要攪拌均勻.

過篩的麵粉的1/3倒入.用塑膠刮刀.像日文的の字狀.拌到粉看不見就好.

再將溶化的牛奶巧克力的1/3倒入拌勻.

再將拌好的麵糊倒入紙杯中.170度烤20-25分鐘就好了.
