四喜蒸餃

麵粉2大勺雞胸肉1塊大蔥2棵

食鹽適量香菇適量胡蘿蔔1根青豆適量玉米粒適量

1. 所有的輔料當中,香菇需要格外處理一下,提前泡軟然後切成小塊,胡蘿蔔切碎,然後所有輔料鹽水裡面煮熟,放一點油和醬油調味

2. 一塊雞胸肉細細的剁成肉糜

3. 兩顆大蔥只要蔥葉,切碎和雞肉混合

4. 然後繼續剁到完全融合了為止,加入一點食鹽和黃酒攪拌成餡料

5. 麵粉加清水揉成一個稍微軟一點的光滑麵糰

6. 切成小劑子之後擀成大圓片

7. 先加入一點雞肉餡兒
