[size=4]WebCam-Control-Center 可將 Webcam 所拍攝到的影像輕易地發佈到網站上，透過 WebCam-Control-Center 的移動察覺及自動擷取系統，讓你更輕易地用 Webcam 監控你所設定的區域，它具有 FTP 自動上傳的功能，可以設定每隔幾秒上傳一次或者有變動時再上傳，補抓到的畫面可以轉成 JPG 或 GIF 檔，輕鬆製作 AVI(有無聲音皆可)，另外還有日期顯示及字幕標題製作的功能。

WebCam-Control-Center 能夠錄下網路攝影機的畫面，存為avi檔。

當影像變化超過設定比率時隨時錄製，並定時存為 gif, jpg檔，而且自動更名(file_001.jpg/.avi ... file_99999.jpg/.avi )，還可以定時上傳檔案至 ftp server。

WCCC執行時只會在右下角工作列出現一個黃色的W型圖示，內建自動撥號/斷線功能。[/size]
